- 1 tbsp of honey
- ½ tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 green kiwi
- 200g of white cheese
- 1 tbsp gogi berries
- In a bowl, pour the fromage blanc at the bottom
- On the surface of the fromage blanc, pour the tablespoon of honey mixed with the 1⁄2 teaspoon of grated ginger over half the bowl.
Peel and slice the green kiwi and arrange it in a rosette on the fromage blanc on the other half of the bowl.
