To start the day off right, opt for this light and balanced breakfast bowl . On the menu: kiwi, cottage cheese, ginger, coconut shavings, honey, chia seeds and goji berries.

Kiwi is low in calories (less than 60 calories), but full of vitamins . A single fruit can in fact cover, with 92.70 mg, the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • ½ tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 green kiwi

  • 200g of white cheese

  • 1 tbsp gogi berries

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, pour the fromage blanc at the bottom

  • On the surface of the fromage blanc, pour the tablespoon of honey mixed with the 1⁄2 teaspoon of grated ginger over half the bowl.

  • Peel and slice the green kiwi and arrange it in a rosette on the fromage blanc on the other half of the bowl.

  • Finally, add the coconut shavings, goji berries and chia seeds.
