Cucumber is the vegetable to eat all summer long! Made up of more than 95% water, it is a refreshing fruit with a very low caloric value. It also has a high satiety index and is a real asset for people who watch their figure. According to Japanese researchers, its high masticatory index also promotes the release of abdominal fat.

Ingredients :

  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread

  • ¼ cucumber

  • 1 turnip

  • 120g fresh goat’s cheese

  • Chopped parsley

  • Salt pepper

Preparation :

  • Toast the slices of bread in the toaster

  • Clean and cut the cucumber and turnip into thin slices

  • Spread the slices of bread with the fresh goat cheese

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with the slices (turnip & cucumber)

  • Add salt, pepper and… enjoy without delay!
