Ingredients :
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 turnip
- 120g fresh goat’s cheese
- Chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
Preparation :
- Toast the slices of bread in the toaster
- Clean and cut the cucumber and turnip into thin slices
- Spread the slices of bread with the fresh goat cheese
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with the slices (turnip & cucumber)
- Add salt, pepper and… enjoy without delay!
