- Order preparation: Please note that our team prepares your packages from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders are processed within 24 hours following confirmation received by email and packages are delivered once a day at the beginning of the afternoon to the selected carrier.
Please note, in the event of an increase in activity, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

- The post office :

-- from 1/11/2020, a tax of €5 excluding tax per package will be applied to each shipment to overseas destinations.

- Mondial Relay remains available. However, not all relay points have reopened, so we invite you to consult the list on the Mondial Relay website > Find a relay point .

Packages that remain in closed relay points will be repatriated to active relay points and the recipients will be notified.
