• Take 2 capsules per day of the Weight Loss Cure, with a large glass of water, in the morning or afternoon, according to your preference (+ 12 years). If you are sensitive to zinc, we recommend taking them with a meal.
• Take 1 Boost Metabolism tablet per day, to chew or let dissolve in the mouth, preferably in the morning or at noon due to the presence of caffeine in the formula (+18 years).
• Follow the Fat Burning Duo for a minimum of a 3-month cure to help deeply break down fat and effectively support weight loss.
