Usage
Manual :
• Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, in the morning (+18 years).

Are the effects proven by a clinical study?
Yes, the effects of Lifenol™, the key active ingredient in the Menopause Cure, have been demonstrated in 3 rigorous clinical studies. Two studies showed a significant reduction in hot flashes and a clear improvement in the quality of life of menopausal women, measured using the Kupperman index. A third study, conducted on women with osteopenia, showed a notable increase in bone density after 48 weeks of use combined with calcium and vitamin D3.
Does the treatment help prevent weight gain?
Weight gain during menopause is very common, and this is largely explained by the hormonal changes that naturally occur during this period. When estrogen levels decrease, several mechanisms come into play: metabolism slows down, the body tends to store more fat, and muscle mass gradually decreases, which further reduces resting energy expenditure. How long does it take to feel the effects?

Should I do the treatment continuously?

Is the treatment also suitable for premenopause / perimenopause?
It all depends on the stage of perimenopause you are in. However, its effectiveness may be partial and may not fully match your needs. Indeed, perimenopause involves significant hormonal fluctuations, with irregular variations in estrogen but especially progesterone from one cycle to another, which makes symptoms sometimes variable and unpredictable.
Menopause, on the other hand, is confirmed after 12 consecutive months without periods, a time when sex hormones are low but stable, and symptoms are more consistent.

How long do menopause symptoms last?

Is the formula natural?
Yes, the formula is made up of 94.5% natural ingredients, thanks to the concentration of plant extracts, including hops and reishi. Does the menopause treatment contain hormones?
The Menopause Cure contains Lifenol™, a hop extract standardized in prenylflavonoids, including 8-prenylnaringenin, a phytoestrogen (plant hormone). This extract has been clinically studied and shows effectiveness on many menopause symptoms, especially hot flashes.

We prefer to advise against this treatment if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), unless a doctor or healthcare professional confirms that it is suitable for your personal situation. Indeed, the Menopause Treatment is not explicitly contraindicated in cases of HRT; however, clinical studies conducted on Lifenol™ were carried out on menopausal women not receiving any hormone therapy. Therefore, we do not have sufficient data regarding possible interactions between the Menopause Treatment and HRT.
Is the menopause treatment compatible with wearing an intrauterine device (IUD)?
If you are using a **copper IUD**, the Menopause Cure is not contraindicated.
However, if you are using a **hormonal IUD** (or even a contraceptive pill), the situation is similar to that of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Lifenol™, our flagship ingredient rich in phytoestrogens, has not been studied in women using a hormonal device. Therefore, we do not have data on possible interactions between the Menopause Cure and a hormonal IUD. As a precaution, we prefer to advise against the cure in this case, unless approved by a healthcare professional.
