How will I receive my VIP offers?

Right after you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Remember to check your spam folder or the Promotions tab. On November 9, we’ll send you your VIP access by email, and on WhatsApp if you provided your number.

I am already a customer or subscribed to the newsletter. Do I still need to sign up?

Can I return a product purchased during Black Epycure Week?

Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been opened or used. To do so, simply send us an email at contact@epycure.com.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments with Alma on purchases of €50 or more. Simply select Alma at checkout: you pay the first installment on the day you place your order, then the next two in the following months. Payment in 3 installments is not available for subscriptions.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, of course. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp.
