If you don’t have an Epycure account yet, create one by clicking “Sign Up”: you’ll automatically join the Epycure Club and receive your first loyalty points as soon as you join. If you already have an account, simply log in by clicking “Log In” to automatically join our loyalty program.

It’s simple: every euro you spend on epycure.com earns you 1 point. For example, a 27 € course earns you 27 points. To earn even more points, look out for our “double points” promotions: during these periods, every euro you spend earns you 2 points. Each new status you reach also earns you bonus points (10, 20 or 30 points). Shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.

• 200 points = a €10 voucher

Yes, your points are valid for one year. They therefore expire if you haven’t used them in the past 12 months. Once your points have been converted, your voucher is valid for 30 days.

There are 3 tiers: Curious, Connoisseur, and Expert. Each gives you access to exclusive benefits, which you can find in the table above. Your tier depends on the number of points you earn through your purchases (1 € spent = 1 point).

• Curious: from 70 points. You get access to exclusive offers, receive 10 bonus points, and enjoy €5 off for your birthday, with no minimum purchase.
• Connoisseur: from 150 points. You get access to exclusive offers and early access to new arrivals, receive 20 bonus points, and enjoy €10 off for your birthday, with no minimum purchase.
• Expert: from 300 points. You get access to exclusive offers and early access to new arrivals, enjoy free delivery all year round and a gift every year, receive 30 bonus points, and get €20 off for your birthday, with no minimum purchase.

Log in to your account: your status appears at the top of the “My Account” page, just below your points balance.

Your status is calculated over a 12-month period. When you reach a new status, you keep it for one year. It is then recalculated based on what you spent over the previous 12 months. To keep your status, earn the following during the 12 months after reaching that status:

• Curious: 70 points
• Connoisseur: 150 points
• Expert: 300 points

If you return or cancel your entire order, your points are automatically canceled. If you return or cancel only part of it, the points for the affected items are deducted. The points for the items you keep remain credited.

The Epycure Club has had a makeover since November 1, 2026. Good news: all your points are staying! Only the tiers are changing. Your points will give you direct access to the new tiers and their benefits. Your previous orders also count, provided they were placed using the same email address.

Yes! If a friend you referred places their first order, they get a €10 discount to use within 14 days on an order over €50. To thank you, you also receive €10 to use within 30 days on an order over €50. To get your referral link, enter your email address in the “Refer a friend” section above.
