If you don't have an Epycure account yet, create one by clicking "Sign Up" at the top of the page, and you'll automatically join the Epycure VIP Club. If you already have an account, simply log in by clicking "Log In" and you'll automatically join our loyalty program.

It’s simple: every euro spent on our website earns you 1 point! For example, a treatment costing €27 will earn you 27 points.
You can also earn more points by completing certain tasks, such as posting a review or signing up for the newsletter or WhatsApp Club.
Please note that shipping costs do not count toward your points.

To do this, log in to your account. You’ll see your points balance displayed at the top of the “My Account” page.

Your points will appear in your account as soon as you place your order.

Once you have enrolled in the loyalty program, you can view your points in your “My Account” area. You can then exchange them for discount vouchers to use on our website, epycure.com.

Yes, your points are valid for one year. Your points balance will therefore expire if you have not used them in the past 12 months.

There are 3 different statuses: Helping Hand, Boost, and Love at First Sight. Each gives you access to exclusive benefits. You can find a description of these benefits in the table above. L’access to each status is determined by the number of points you have earned by ordering on epycure.com (€1 spent = 1 point).
•Helping Hand Status: unlock it starting at 100 points.
•Boost Status: unlock it starting at 200 points.
• Love at First Sight Status: unlock it starting at 300 points.

To see your status, log in to your account. You’ll see it displayed at the top of the “My Account” page, just below your points balance.

Your status is determined over a 12-month period. When you move up to the next status, you keep it for one year. Your new status is recalculated based on the amount you have spent over the last 12 months.
• Boost Status: Earn 100 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.
• Extra Boost Status: Earn 200 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.
• Love at First Sight Status: Earn 300 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically canceled.
If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the points for the affected items will be deducted. Points for the items you kept will be credited.

If you have 2 accounts with 2 different email addresses, we can merge the points into a single account (but not the status). Email us at contact@epycure.com.

Our loyalty program is available only on our website, epycure.com. We are not yet able to offer it through our partner retailers.
