The Epycure VIP Club loyalty program was designed for wellness enthusiasts. As a member, you earn points with every order and achieve statuses (Help Up, Boost Up, Love at First Sight) that grant you access to discounts and numerous exclusive benefits. This program is reserved for Epycure VIP Club members, offering a unique experience and rewards for your commitment to our natural food supplement treatments.
How do I access the Epycure VIP Club?
If you don't already have an Epycure account, create one by clicking "Sign Up" at the top of the page, and you'll automatically join the Epycure VIP Club. If you already have an account, simply log in by clicking "Log In" and you'll automatically join our loyalty program.
How to earn points?
It's simple: every euro spent on our site earns you 1 point! For example, a €27 treatment will earn you 27 points. To earn more points, you can also complete certain missions such as posting a review, subscribing to the Newsletter or the Whatsapp Club. Please note that delivery costs are not taken into account when counting points.
How can I check my points balance?
To do this, log in to your account, you will see your points balance displayed at the top of the “My Account” page.
When are my points visible in my account?
Your points will appear in your account as soon as you place your order.
How do I use my points?
Once you've signed up for the loyalty program, you'll be able to view your points in your "My Account" area. You can then exchange them for discount vouchers that can be used on our website, epycure.com.
Can points expire?
Yes, your points are valid for one year. Your points balance will expire if you haven't used them in the last 12 months.
How is my status calculated?
There are three different statuses: Helping Hand, Boost, and Love at First Sight. Each status grants access to exclusive benefits. You'll find a description of these benefits in the table above. Access to each status is determined by the number of points you've earned by ordering from epycure.com (€1 spent = 1 point). • Boost status : access it from 100 points. • Boost status : access it from 200 points. • Love at first sight status : access it from 300 points.
How do I know my status?
To find out your status, log in to your account, you will see your status displayed at the top of the “My Account” page, just below your points balance.
How long is my status maintained?
Your status is determined over a 12-month period. When you move to the next status, you retain it for one year. Your new status is recalculated based on the amount you spent over the previous 12 months. • Boost Status : Accumulate 100 points over the 12 months following entry into this status to maintain it. • Boost Status : Accumulate 200 points over the 12 months following entry into this status to maintain it. • Love at First Sight Status : Accumulate 300 points over the 12 months following entry into this status to maintain it.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically canceled. If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, points for the affected items will be deducted. Points for items you kept will be credited.
I ordered with 2 different email addresses, can I merge my points?
If you have two accounts with two different email addresses, we can merge the points into a single account (but not the status). Email us at contact@epycure.com.
Does the loyalty program work at the point of sale?
Our loyalty program only works on our website, epycure.com. We are not yet able to offer it to you at our partner retailers.
I was a customer before the program went live, are my previous orders counted?
If your orders were placed from the same email address, then yes, your previous orders are counted.
Can I access other benefits if I refer a friend?
Yes! If a friend you refer makes their first purchase, they'll receive a €10 discount to use within 14 days on an order over €59. As a thank you for this successful referral, you'll also receive €12 to use within 30 days on an order over €59.
