1 to 2 effervescent tablets per day according to your needs, to be dissolved in about 200 mL of water per tablet. Wait for the tablet to fully dissolve before drinking your beverage.
• Daily : to maintain good hydration, dissolving 1 tablet in a glass of water is usually enough.
• In case of fatigue : to support energy throughout the day, dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water in the morning and 1 tablet in the early afternoon if fatigue persists.
• When traveling : to prevent dehydration and fatigue related to travel, dissolve 1 to 2 tablets in your water bottle or flask. For example: 1 tablet before departure, then 1 additional tablet during the trip if needed.
• In case of high heat : to compensate for losses due to sweating and stay in good shape, dissolve 1 to 2 tablets in a glass of water, spread throughout the day, depending on your level of heat exposure.
• For short to moderate efforts : to compensate for mineral losses and promote recovery, dissolve 2 tablets in 400 mL of water and drink gradually, in small sips, before, during, or after the activity.
The amount of water can be adjusted according to your preferences and needs:
• With less water: the drink is stronger in taste and more concentrated in minerals, with a content closer to that of the body, for faster absorption.
• With more water: the drink is lighter in taste and less concentrated in minerals, ideal for hydrating gradually throughout the day.
