Manual :

• Dilute a 6.5 g serving of Drainage Powder, equivalent to one measuring spoon, in a large glass of water (200 ml) or in a water bottle (+18 years). Preferably take before 3 p.m. to avoid any sleep problems.
• Take 1 chewable tablet per day of Metabolism Boost, preferably in the morning or at noon due to the presence of caffeine in the formula (+18 years).
• Take 2 capsules per day of Weight Loss Cure with a large glass of water, in the morning or afternoon, according to your preference (+12 years). If you are sensitive to zinc, we recommend taking them with a meal.
• Follow the Slimming Trio as a 3-month treatment to sustainably accelerate metabolism and effectively act on weight loss and renal elimination.
