We recently decided to set up Epicurean breakfasts.
What is it? Conferences organized by professionals in health, wellness, nutrition, sports, and beauty who will (over a delicious and healthy breakfast, of course!) teach you more about each of these topics.
What's the point? To bring together our community of idealists, who understand that being healthy is, above all, being happy. And that well-being is, above all, being well. To provide some keys to feeling better and to share.
For our first edition, we invited a neuroscientist specializing in nutrition.
The theme? How to biohack your breakfast!
In summary, she covered several topics but above all she taught us the eating habits to follow and those that should be banned from our routine (and our plate)!
