For breakfast or snack, here is a quick recipe to make homemade muesli with fresh fruit . Perfect to start the day!
- 3 kiwis
- 1 persimmon
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 300g oat flakes
- 50g raisins and nuts
- 5 natural yogurts
- Of honey
Peel the kiwis, mango and apples.
Cut all these fruits into small cubes.
Peel the orange. Separate the quarters from each other by passing the blade of a serrated knife between the thin membranes separating them. Then cut the quarters into small cubes.
Pour the yogurts into a salad bowl.
Add the sugar and mix well.
- Then add the fruit and oatmeal. Mix quickly then divide the fruit muesli into bowls. Serve immediately.
And the advantage is that you can vary it endlessly with seasonal fruits. You can also make a vegan version by replacing the yogurt with vegetable yogurt and the honey with agave syrup!
