If you don't have an Epycure account yet, create one by clicking on "Sign Up" at the top of the page, and you will automatically join the Epycure VIP Club. If you already have an account, simply log in by clicking on "Log In" and you will automatically join our loyalty program.

It's very simple, every euro spent on our site gives you 1 point! For example, a treatment costing €27 will earn you 27 points.
To earn more points, you can also complete certain tasks such as posting a review, signing up for the Newsletter, or joining the Whatsapp Club.
Note that delivery fees are not included in the points calculation.

Your points will appear in your account as soon as your order is placed.

Yes, your points are valid for one year. Your points balance will expire if you have not used them within the last 12 months.

There are 3 different statuses: Coup de pouce, Coup de boost, Coup de foudre. Each of them gives access to exclusive benefits. You will find the description of these benefits in the table above. Access to each status is determined by the number of points you have earned by ordering on epycure.com (1€ spent = 1 point).
•Coup de pouce Status: access it from 100 points.
•Coup de boost Status: access it from 200 points.
• Coup de foudre Status: access it from 300 points.

To know your status, log in to your account, and you will see your status displayed at the top of the "My Account" page, just below your points balance.

Your status is determined over a 12-month period. When you move to the next status, you keep it for one year. Your new status is recalculated based on the amount you have spent over the past 12 months.
• Boost Status: Earn 100 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.
• Power Boost Status: Earn 200 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.
• Lightning Status: Earn 300 points during the 12 months following entry into this status to keep it.

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically canceled.
If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the points for the affected items will be deducted. The points for the items you kept will be credited.

If you have 2 accounts with 2 different email addresses, we can merge the points into a single account (but not the status). Write to us at the email address contact@epycure.com.

Our loyalty program works only on our website epycure.com. We do not yet have the ability to offer it to you through our partner retailers.

If your orders were placed from the same email address, then yes, your previous orders are counted.

Yes! If a friend you referred makes their first purchase, they will receive a €10 discount to use within 14 days on an order over €59. As a thank you for this successful referral, you will also receive €12 to use within 30 days on an order over €59.
