Intestinal comfort routine

• Take 2 capsules of the Probio & Fibers Cure per day, with a large glass of water, at any time of the day, preferably during or after a meal if you are sensitive to zinc. Since the capsules are gastro-resistant, this will not affect the quality of the probiotic strains.

• Take 1 Boost Transit tablet per day, to chew or let dissolve in the mouth, preferably in the morning so you can benefit from its effectiveness throughout the day.

• Take 2 Anti-Bloating Gummies per day : 1 gummy after the two main meals of the day (e.g., 1 gummy after lunch then 1 gummy after dinner).

• First effects from the first days of the cure on the appearance of bloating and transit regulation, then on overall digestive well-being after several weeks of the cure.

• The Anti-bloating Gummies are not recommended for those under 18 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women, in case of known allergy to menthol or the Asteraceae family, or in case of gastroesophageal reflux, gastroduodenal ulcer, gastritis, biliary or liver disorders.

• The Boost transit, when consumed excessively, can cause a laxative effect (rest assured, 1 tablet per day does not correspond to excessive consumption).
