When the good weather arrives , you only have one thing on your mind: vacation . To help you wait before enjoying your cocktail on your deckchair, we have concocted a smoothie recipe to fill up on energy while preparing your body for the beach days that impatiently await you. These fruits provide essential antioxidants and vitamins to the body and will play on heart health , skin and even your immunity for a body in great shape!
For a large smoothie

- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 kiwis
- 140g of frozen red fruits ( very important for freshness )
- 25 cl of water
- 1 dose of our Draining Powder
Preparation
In a blender , mix the peeled fruit and other ingredients until you get a juice . Feel free to add a little water if you find it too thick.
All that's left is to pour it into a large glass and enjoy !
The recipe can also be made into a smoothie bowl by adding only 10/15 cl of water to which you can add toppings such as oilseeds , chia seeds or chopped fruit for even more benefits, ideal for sunny breakfasts ☀️
