A course of dietary supplements should be taken for a set period, alongside lifestyle changes to maximize its benefits. Our nutrition experts answer your main questions.

Deficiencies in vitamins, minerals and trace elements are common nowadays (you can read our article why take a dietary supplement) and can worsen as we age. The earlier your deficiencies are identified and corrected, the lower the risk of imbalance and cellular aging.

1. How long should my course last?

We generally recommend 3 months for the body to replenish its vitamins and minerals (1) (2), but this depends on your individual situation and initial deficiencies. This course should be accompanied by dietary and lifestyle changes (physical exercise, stress management) so that the body maintains sufficient vitamin intake at the end of the course and you can adopt good habits that will help the body rebalance itself over the long term.

2. When should I take my course?

Plant-based active ingredients are better absorbed between meals. To avoid any interference, we recommend taking your capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, between meals, with a large glass of water.
If you forget to take your dose, do not make up for it by taking a double dose the next day; continue your course as normal.

To avoid forgetting, you can easily adopt a few habits: place your pill organizer in a strategic location (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) or at the office, use reminders on your phone or in your calendar, or slip your travel pill organizer into your bag.

Fill out our questionnaire to find out what your body needs and so that we can provide you with your personalized solution.
